Service
Perfin is a personal expense-ledger application operated by Priyanshu Kumar. It helps you record expenses, manage accounts and categories, process receipts, and, where available, retrieve account information from banks you authorize through Enable Banking.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter, your use of Perfin, and keeping access to your device and account credentials secure. Do not use Perfin for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Bank connections
Bank connections are provided through Enable Banking and your bank's authorization flow. You decide whether to grant consent and may withdraw consent through your bank or Enable Banking's consent-management tools. Perfin does not receive or store your bank login credentials.
No financial advice
Perfin provides record-keeping and informational tools only. It does not provide financial, tax, investment, legal, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for reviewing your records and decisions.
Availability
Bank integrations and third-party services may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or changed by their providers. Perfin is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Priyanshu Kumar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, Perfin.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Sweden, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
